Does this use any binaries or libs from the Leaked Dev kit? I would really hate for PS3 Homebrew to go the same way as Xbox Homebrew scene.

i should have updated my firmware sooner. my luck always runs this way and if i had updated sooner we would have gotten this far that much quicker

Currently YES, it uses a HDD Formatter from the $DK. That could change in 5 minutes or 5 days though, so I wouldn't be too concerned for the time being as this is simply a starting point. :cool2

It's US, however, this specific hole doesn't appear present in anything higher than v1.30 at this time (based on preliminary tests). With that being said, EUR PS3's began at v1.50 so that would definitely be out of the question for the time being...

Hmm it looked like a burned blu ray of cod3. Hmm have they tested anything past 1.30? I have a us 1.32 if anything needs testing. bravo!
