It's now confirmed that Sony’s http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PlayTV, the cool digital TV receiver and recorder (using the PS3’s hard drive) is due out next month in UK, France, Italy, Spain and Germany, and will be priced at the bargain price of £69.99.
The hardware has two tuners, so you can watch one station and record another, and you can even watch movies and play games whilst recording TV, so the missus has no room for complaint.
With remote streaming of content to your PSP and freely movable recordings, this is something to look out for when it lands in September.
