V12s really dont play over 4.35 at all??

am using Swap magic 3.3 on a V12 PS2... only for three months.. every game that is over 4.35 GB just does not work right... the game starts to boot up... and then the laser goes to the edge and grinds hard... i dont know what to do...
tried CDloader/dvdloader cogswap all lead to the same problem...

Kasai, rumblefish, dead to rights 2, shadow of rome... all grind... all over 4.35GB

My PSTwo v12 does without any problems, and so you must have a defective unit or something.

i am curious.. could it be because i do not have my spots triggered well enough? like the three spots that need to be covered in the PsTWO?? cuz i home rigged it...

Swap magic boots till 4.3 gb if the image is bigger you need a fix from www.swapmagicfix.com

I GOT IT TO WORK!! it was one of the triggers. in the slimline u HAVE to have the upper right switch forced ALL the way to the right or it will make the grind noise on big GB games

I believe he means the brake,it has to be completely clear of the cd/dvd.
