Its not really all that great, so don't waste too much time looking for it. It doesn't run any good games, the only games where it does anything but a blank screen are: Goldeneye, some card game, and Robots, and those play slowly without sound. Its hard to believe that this was an official emu made by Nintendo, but I suppose it could be a pre-alpha release.
In other news, roms with GBA-SAVE in the title apparently will work/save on a GBA flash card (via Neoflash, passme, flashme or wifime), since before I think you needed a DS game of the exact same size to save onto.
