Yet another MyPS2 version courtesy of ntba2 with a couple of new features:

- Added thumbnail HDD caching which makes the image browser
alot faster if you have a harddisk
- Added options and network settings menu
- Added ps2ftpd FTP server
- Now lets you load a custom USBD module instead of the one
compiled into the myPS2 binary
