NOTE: The whole repacking is completely worthless. The files that one would change are encrypted, and the whole PUP is signed as well. Any tiny change, even if you "repack" it, will make the PUP unusable.

The first part of PUPiT! with no GUI,... He can repack existing PUP files, i'm working on a header modifier but i have many problems...
PUPiT v0.2 for Windows (pupitgui.png) picture included, but not ready yet... some bugs to correct !
