USBTray USB Mod v4 For PSP

Uploaded by PS3News - 03-11-2007 - Note: Download Button will appear below when video finishes!

For PSP & Window XP Pre Release... ATM, USBTray is based on the KISS! theory. Keep It Simple Stupid! Soon to change though... Pre Release as I'll probably incorperate this into psptray in due time.

Use with caution if using installer/uninstaller for USBMod v4! Installer/Uninstaller writes to FLASH0!

USBTray Features:

Quick and easy Share of any ISO folder at any location on your PC from tray menu icon.

Remebers last state you exited in and loads that state when started again.
eg: usbhostfs Started or stopped , usbhostfs window shown or hidden, last shared iso folder.
Default startup of usbhostfs is start hidden, but due to last state it can be the opposite if a user wants.

If usbhostfs is running you Can select an ISO folder and USBTray will worry about stopping and restarting the usbhostfs.

Displays tooltips when a user is running usbhostfs hidden.

Tray Icon status changes for usbhostfs is started or stopped.

Exits usbhostfs.exe when USBTray is exited

Has hotkeys for starting and stopping , showing and hiding.
( CTRL + 1 = Toggle Start/Stop usbhostfs , CTRL + 2 = Toggle Show/Hide usbhostfs window)

Has all files needed stored in itself to setup USBMod v4 quickly and easily
Offers install and Uninstall of USBMod v4 that works with psp firmware 303 OE-C , 310 OE-A and 310 OE-A2 (AKA 310 OE-A2)
Installer/Uninstaller edits the needed systemctrl.prx and vshctrl.prx from the users PSP.
(Uses MD5 Hashing to verify the original and edited files are correct)
On first install of USBMod v4 any existing users seplugins will be backed up to
Backup\seplugins folder, you can find this in the same folder USBTray.exe
If a backup is there then it will be restored when a user uninstalls USBMod v4 using USBTray.

Tip: If you have plugins that aren't compatable with USBMod v4 then leave them in Backup\seplugins folder.
This way they will be restored on the removal of USBMod v4. Backups will not be overwritten if you install more then once.

How To Use:

Place USBTray.exe in a folder on it's own.
Execute USBTray.exe.
USBTray will create any needed files in it's folder upon execution.
