Installation Instructions (If you are using 3.03 OE-C):

1) Hold R on your PSP while turning on to go to recover mode

2) Connect your USB cable to your computer

3) Go to Advanced

Toggle USB Flash 0

4) Open up the folder

Go to vsh
Go to resource

5) Now just rename the rco to system_plugin_bg.rco if it isnt already

6) Replace the file
