1) Extract legosw.patch, xdelta.exe & start.bat from this rar file into a folder
2) IMPORTANT: The untouched ISO should be 1.22 GB (1,312,817,152 bytes)
If it is not this size, the ripkit will fail
3) Double-click start.bat
4) Follow on-screen instructions

Changes made to the ISO:
- Update and BOOT.BIN removed
- Unused files removed from pspdat.dat
- Foreign language story videos relinked to English

* Resulting ISO is 748mb
* Compress with CSO at level 9 for 446mb CSO

NOTE: All the languages remain, I just removed the non-English videos.
