PPF Analyze v1.00

This is a simple Win32 utility used to analyze PPF 2.0/3.0 Patch files, and then display the bytes changed/patched at their related offsets. There is a 200kb file size limit on PPFs you can use with the current version, and if there are any bugs I will release an update when I find the time so please post all feedback on the PS2NFO Forums.
