    Post X-Box 360 POT Calibration Tutorial thread!

    Moda has created a Tutorial which shows you how to tweak your Samsung 360 drive (Hitachi too). Remember to read the tutorial carefully, and take everything in before you even attempt to do it.
    This is the exact guide I used to adjust my Hitachi DVD pot to 3.05. Success!

    Will release more info on how good or bad my laser gets after a few more plays on backups and success boot rates etc...

    Tweeked my Pot drive is much quieter so im happy with that but backups still dont boot i have an NEC im 99% sure this is the problem with Hitachi drives.

    Takes about 10 seconds longer than booting ORIG disc. I would say this is excellent because it is boot 14/14 back-ups I have now + played a few of then for a couple hours each. Only time will tell me the durability. POT SETTING is 3.05.
