    oVERSoLDiER the only change I had was going back to using Windows for around a year and now I'm back with Ubuntu.

    It's funny how so little changes over time.

    I run a mix of Win 7 and Win 8. I have found that Win 8 doesn't agree with certain hardware for me, but on systems that are designed for it, well it's not too bad once it's set up to my liking. It's plenty stable, fast and such. Will still be running 7 though for some time I think.

    I still use Windows 7 Ultimate, Ubuntu Linux, and now Windows 8.1 on my latest laptop

    I use Windows 7 Professional x64, they are still 2 times better than 8.1.
