Video: VGA Announcement: Batman Arkham Asylum Sequel

During the opening of the Video Game Awards 2009 a massive present was sat in the middle of the stage.

A pair of men ran onto the stage before it was blasted open all the while a Joker style voiceover set up the VGA's first world exclusive.

A CG trailer (below) showing Gotham rife with crime was shown. While no game title was announced, it seems certain that a sequel to the highly successful title from Rocksteady Studios is to receive a sequel.

To quote: "Batman: Arkham Asylum 2 was revealed during the opening of Video Game Awards. It is a sequel to one of the nominees for Game of the Year: Batman: Arkham Asylum, which was released earlier this summer.
