Video: Halo 3 ODST Unboxing, Leaked to P2P Sites, No Banning

A few days ago a Halo 3 ODST unboxing video (below) hit the Internet, as apparently some French retailers started selling it early.

Since then, the inevitable has happened... according to 360junkies.com (linked above), it has now leaked to P2P sites across the globe.

Microsoft France has issued a http://news.softpedia.com/news/Halo-3-ODST-Leaked-to-the-Public-No-Bans-Planned-120536.shtml that they are not planning on "banning legitimate customers from Xbox LIVE who play early."

Initial reports are claiming that more than 100 copies of Halo 3: ODST have been leaked.
