I was playing Sakura Wars but I got to chapter 7 which froze because its a DVD9, so I found out I needed to patch DVD9 with Toxic Patcher. So I patched it and the game loads, but my saves aren't compatible with this disc. I don't want to start the game all over since I'm nearly at the end of the game.

What do I do? I'm not that experienced with this obviously I use ESR to play games. Did the game ID change and that's why?

Is it possible to patch my old saves so the Toxic Patched disc will play them?

Edit: Nevermind it was a stupid mistake, the game is two discs (one with English audio & other with Japanese audio) and the saves aren't compatible with both discs. I was just using the wrong disk.
