SixAxis on PC question

Ok I do all the steps I can find:

The instruction to make it to work properly is as follows:

1. Download and install the filter driver in libusb-win32.
2. Download ps3sixaxis.
3. Unpack ps3sixaxis_en.
4. Plug the SIXAXIS into your PC.
5. Run ps3sixaxis_en.exe once.
6. Push the PS button on the SIXAXIS once if it seems to be sleeping.

After I do this steps my PC recognizes the PS3 controller, but when i go under control panel/ controllers I cant use it. When this driver first came out someone came up with a few extra stes for people who could get it to work.

Anyone know how to get it to work?

the latest ps3 app doesnt require libusb, and works perfectly fine, if u have problems go into windows managment console and remove device driver for the controller, unplug and restart pc. then replug controller and run app. works fine for me

I don't think anyone has managed to use it Wirelessly yet, if any way is possible I guess you would have to use a Bluetooth dongle?

Maybe you could try a PC controller. You could probably get one at GameStop.

I believe you get the program, then all you have to do is let your PC detect yuor controller then your set to play Oc versin of farcry 2.
