I would definitely recommend tapatalk over forum runner. Just tried them both and far more impressed with it.

You guys are really cooking with gas now BOSS and CJPC!!!
Just a report for those (like me) still in the middle ages (symbian users). I tried Tapatalk from the OVI store. My phone resetted continiously - so I won't recommend it from there!!!
Sorry I can't contribute more than this ...
Thanks for the feedback guys, I have +Rep'd everyone who gave this a reply!
Just trying out forum runner - looks ok, one comment though (which i think you already mentioned)... The main site news isn't covered in a single forum, so you can't go to xzy to see all the news from the front page
Still - nice to be able to get into "Member News" and the main PS3/PSP forums.
Is there anyway you could add a kinda mirrored forum to list all "NEWS" items in (without creating double posts!) ?
Anyway - nice to see mobile access (Up till now i've been using firefox on my android phone anyway, but it's much easier to read in Forum Runner. (If tapatalk had a free version, id try that too - i'm a cheapskate!)
Unfortunately we have no plans for a dedicated news forum as we want the news articles to be posted directly to their relevant sections to encourage people to use those while keeping related topics all in one place. Posting the news in a segregated area defeats this goal pretty much, and it would end up being the only section people post in leaving the others dormant.
This is the one things that differentiates our Forum from others... vBulletin is only setup to allow news to be posted to a single dedicated section, but on PS3News.com CFW news also resides in the CFW Forum itself versus in a "news threads" section. The only recommendation I can offer for those seeking to read just the news articles and nothing else would be to browse them via the main page.
PS: I don't blame ya for not trying Tapatalk though... they really should have a free version like Forum Runner does, cheapskate or not!
