please help me with benq drive

i have a xbox 360 with a benq drive. i made a usb boot disk with iprep now when i restart i have to type dosflash to get it to work. now when it looks for the drive it can't find it . I know its cuss i typed port 1. I have a pci card that i got from ebay just for this. can't seem to find what port my drive is on.

running windows vista

Look in device manager.

Is it visible there with the port information??
