According to Pureauthor of NeoGAF, the latest issue of Nintendo Power has a full page article on the once-rumored Mega Man 9. While only the tiny scans are currently available, the article reportedly mentions that the game is in development by Inticreates of Mega Man ZX fame, and will be released digitally on WiiWare.

Will MM9 be making its way to other download outlets, such as PSN and XBLA? It's likely. Of course you can't expect Nintendo Power to mention that, though. Either way, expect an official announcement soon, on or before E3.
