New Texture Mod for Crysis - Crysis 2 to look like that?

At Crymod some pictures from an intended inofficial Crysis texture mod were published.

On the left side, you see the normal version of Crysis, on the right side the texture enhancements. The new textures show increased color saturation and an improved contrast.

Moreover, there are additional details to be seen, like structures of the floor or walls. Crytek themselves are working on an official texture update, which is scheduled for this year.
