Microsoft Hit With Class Action Lawsuit Over LIVE Outages
Microsoft's Xbox Live service suffered some downtime during the holidays. People complained. Microsoft made-up, said they were sorry, and is now giving away a free Xbox Live Arcade game to all members of the service.
That wasn't good enough for three Texans, who today filed a class action lawsuit against the company. The group allege that Microsoft "failed to provide adequate access and service to Xbox Live and its subscribers."
