Hey, my name is Richard, im from Portugal [Lisbon] and I am 35 years old and I'm here to try to learn some things about ps3, there do not understand very well how to do certain things and why I hope to be helped and help in any way possible ... thanks!

Now my questions:

I have a ps3 in version 3.60 and would like to downgrade to 3.55, I got E3, but do not have the most important are the files ..... as shown in this video!

If anyone can help me I would be very grateful!
