With all the Watchmen fuzz all over the country, it is easy to forget who actually took on the task of writing the movie and try living up to the masterpiece the graphic novel is.

Fortunately, there is a little blog called The http://www.backroominterviews.net/david-hayter-interview-march-2009/ that had an interview with non-other than David Hayter, screenwriter of Watchmen.

David Hayter well known for his voice acting for Metal Gear's Solid Snake, was talking to Amanda Mack in this interview about his thoughts about the movie finally being released. David responds how awesome it feels to look at the opening credits playing in front of the audience.

Hayter goes on saying how he tried his best to keep as loyal to the graphic novel as possible. He was working close with Alan Moore, and got his support throughout the process. Amanda and Hayter also talk about the game, Watchmen: The End is Nigh, and hopes of David writing the Metal Gear movie.
