Game Titles help?

This is getting on my last nerve. I've been searching for the names of two games since 2001. Both of the games are from the 1990's and one is too broad of a subject to mention, however the other is so "out there" that someone is bound to know what it is.

It's about a screwdriver that has to screw in a set amount of screws on numerous elaborate boards while avoiding "enemies" (I don't remember what they looked like). Somebody HAS to know what it is! If anyone can help me, I'd greatly appreciate it.
