That sounds scarey... no no no my PS3 is definatley completely & perfectly functional.

It remains connected to my entertainment setup for doses of habitual gameplay and as mentioned in the main body of the listing has had the Firmware frequently updated (shout out to the downloads section of this site for making that possible from day 1).
