C4E has announced that the new Xbox 360 250GB Model (some call it 360 S or 360 Slim) is has been hacked, the DVD Rom has been patched and it can now run video game back-ups.
Microsoft first

Below is a Team Jungle proof-of-concept video courtesy of
xdemovideos via YouTube of the XBox 360 Slim drive hack in action, and a PlayStation One emulator WIP for XBox 360 dubbed FreePSX.

Don't blame me for the music C4E chose it

unless you find one with a dashboard version 7xxxx good luck
Thumb up to the hacker though
Also I like the music playing!! Kinda catchy!
I can't be too sure, but if the DVD drives are the same in both models than the HDD size doesn't matter. It's like buying an elite vs, arcade back in the day, all since both drives were hacked all that mattered was whether you wanted to shell out extra for a larger hard drive.
