Dolphin GameCube/Wii Emulator Unofficial Build 2630 Available


266w ago - Nakee over from the official Dolphin Web site has posted some information regarding the bi-weekly release of their Nintendo GameCube and Wii emulator. This time we will be surprised with some new good features

Download: Windows 32-bit / Windows 64-bit / Linux/Fedora

To quote: This revision has some major features such as Anti-Aliasing support in the GL plugin, and major advance in wii emulation (wiios works).

It also includes a lot of bug fixes, better regional support and of course some the usual crash fixes.

kinda. The problem was with all first party titles since they used a different sound type. It has started too work but it's still far away from perfect. Also there is no documentation on it so they are reverse engineering every part of it

The Dolphin Team have released a new version of their Nintendo Wii and GameCube emulator for Windows. Using this emulator along with your legal backup collection you can enjoy most of your games on your PC. It even supports the Wiimote if you have a compatible bluetooth module. This new version features a very hefty changlog so here it goes ....

This would be real great to test new hacks or mods without the risk to brick the Wii.
If something goes wrong take another .wad and try it again or leave it and try something other.

The Dolphin Team have posted some screen captures of their Nintendo GameCube and Wii emulator running the Nintendo Wii System Menu (which they are calling the OS - it is an OS after all). This looks promising.
