Oh boy, gotta love that picture! :D
Anyway, I also do not think that there will be a MGS4 port made available for the 360.
- Nearly 50 GB of data on a disc (sure you can compress it, but there's a limit)
- Playstation Specific jokes through-out the game
- programmed specificly to work with a cell processor.
- Some things require a sixaxis controller.
That being said if they would want to create a port, they would need to re-invent and re-design the whole game. By that time the new Xbox will be launched. :shhh: (seeing how much time Kojima spend to make it possible on the PS3)
But then again I actually don't care too much IF they get a port running on the 360. I just hope that IF it happens anyway, xbox360 owners will enjoy the game as much as I did on the PS3 and not complain about the game being too gray-ish and brownish for them or having more cut-scenes then gameplay. Because for me it's still the best game I've played on the PS3, and actually one of the main reasons I bought the PS3.
anyway I give it a 10% chance that it will get ported and a 80% chance for an announcement for trophy support.

Well, I think it's just wishful thinking.. speculation is there just to have people psyched up for nothing... but there is no actual proof or anyone ever said anything that may make us beleive that there's an ounce of truth in there.
about the size, I don't think it's an issue, if i remember correctly, i've read that all the voice/sound on the disc is 7.1 uncompressed PCM! that surely takes a huge chunk of space.. if they put 5.1 AC3/MP3/whatever in there, the size would go way down.. I'm sure it could fit on 2 or 3 dual layer dvds.. even 4 is still acceptable.
However, Kojima doesn't want to work on it anymore (if he wanted to, he would have at least given us that 1 week.man work from a developer to add trophy support), he dropped it completely once it was released... also, he was given loads of help by Sony (he was getting ps3 prototypes before it was even released), and he's very faithful to Sony.. there are lots of ingame jokes about the ps3/sony/bluray.. they'd have to change the thing... and porting the code to xbox360 would just be lots of work that I don't think he'd agree on doing.

I'd say never going to happen as well. Aside from the other great points made. Notice in the game that they use Apple computers too. Sure, that would go over well with MS, lol..... It's flattering to see topic's like this come up so very often. Where MS's console wants PS exclusives. Yet, do you ever see PS wanting anything from the Xbox console? Anyway, better off buying the PS3 I'd say. Plus, think about it. With games like KZ2, inFamous, Uncharted 2 and GOW3, etc, etc. Why would any gamer not want to own this system. It's only going to get better and better....
Here, grabbed a pic, lol...

MGS4 for me is the main reason I bought a PS3 and is the best game ever.
By know I think Hideo Kojima and Kojima Productions have bigger fish to fry than a port of MGS4 for 360, I say they shoul get on planning MGS5, Project S and Zone of the Enders 3. As a test for the younger staff they could release the Integral/Substance/Subsistence version of MGS4 but that would imply an even bigger game that given a 360 port would raise the game disks from 4 to 5 or even 6. The most likely scenario is a series of expansions for PS3 that would create the new version with playable raiden, VR missions and the sort.
Altough, I wouldn't find it unbelievable if the clucked MGS4 + Oxide is a movie version of MGS 4 for 360 or even a Digital Graphic Novel like the ones on PSP.

I highly doubt it, but you never know. :hmm:
