This weekend C4E released BenQ iXtreme LT v1.1 and LiteOn iXtreme LT v1.1 alongside JungleFlasher v0.1.73 (108S) which includes Benq and Lite-On LT v1.1 XBox 360 support.
Recently a hacked XBox 1 Backwards Compatibility update - version 5829 - for XBox 360 Devkits (and possibly modded units, although untested) has been leaked.
This weekend farmboyhacker has shared a video and file download of a modified Avalaunch disc which allows users to boot XBox homebrew including XBMC on the XBox 360.

Update: According to JoyStiq, the XBox 360 may also gain USB storage support in the upcoming 2010 update!
Today GamingBolt.com (linked above) is reporting that they have received an image of a new XBox 360 dashboard update on the way, namely version 2.0.9195.0.
Aside from the picture below there is no other evidence to support this claim, but many users feel it indeed...
The XBox 360 Hard Drive Transfer Kit that used to be free is now being sold separately for $15 as an official Microsoft accessory.
In the past if you bought a used XBox 360 hard drive you could call a toll-free number and dupe Microsoft into sending a free transfer cable, then they got wise and charged $12 before bumping it up to $15.
According to Ve3tro.com, Final Fantasy XIII is confirmed to have an optional 18.3GB XBox 360 HDD installation for those curious.
