Indeed, kinda reminds me of "The Club" they sell for cars... people just hacksaw through the steering wheel and pull it off that way.

It looks like it attaches to the vents in the back of your PS3. What's to stop somebody from just yanking it free?
Because no criminal in the world knows how to use wire snips. :p
