PowerMad Review of PAIN for the PlayStation 3 Console

Very nice and down-to-earth narrative on the video review CyanCaze (even with the cheapie mic you mentioned you were stuck using :p) so first of all +Rep!

You presented your opinion well, weighed cost versus entertainment value, and even provided viable alternate options for 'casual' gamers who may have been considering PAIN... which, ended up being PAIN-fully redundant even when watching the action in the video.

I must say you admitted you were bored with it after 30 minutes... I have not played it myself, but upon watching the video I think I'd have only given it 10-15 minutes before I would start wondering if there isn't something else I could be spending my time playing. :D

This review is the worst review in history. First off you really need to learn how to speak. Second this review is so bias that it is not even funny. This game is great for about 2 weeks not 30 min. Yeah it gets repetitive but that's what this game is all about. Also if you do a game review please do it when the game comes out not a year later. But my advice to you is and I beg you please for the love of god do not record your voice any more. It is annoying and it makes me want to kill someone.

To the guy that said reviews should come out when the games come out the answer is yes and no. This reviews are made by normal people and give valid points as to why they review or rate the game, its helpful to us that even a year later havent bought it and maybe were planning on doing so.

My thoughts exactly.. we don't see RandaII doing a review, and for what it's worth if he wants 0-day games reviewed why doesn't he pay for them and CyanCaze will be happy to review them I'm sure. :p

In any case, -Rep to him and since it was his first post he likely registered only to flame... meaning if his second post is more of the same it will be his last one in our community. ;)

I think Pain is a good game. Ok, 1 level isn´t much but the only thing i really miss in Pain is to play it online. That would be great imo.

And I believe you are correct, I don't understand some people. I can accept that people will disagree with me, but the flamers I will never understand.

At any rate I don't let them get to me. I use to make horrible videos on my other accounts, and in time I have gotten a slight bit better. When I made those videos I was 13 lol.

Yes the only reason I was able to review pain was because of the movie studio add-on I bought, and It's a under reviewed game.

Nice review. I agree with most of your points. I played the game until I beat all the challenges. This took me about two weeks since I don't play a lot. This game is always a favorite with friends who just want something easy and fun to play. If you got all the add-ons with this game for $10 it would be well worth it.

I would agree that if you got half the characters and all the level add-ons for $10-$15 it would be worth it. But I think that paying $27 for all the stuff I just mentioned is absurd. (That was including character costs).
