78w ago - Today [C*] posted a guide on PSX-Scene with the help of plamenz on how to get Assassin's Creed Brotherhood working on PS3 JailBreak with PlayStation 3 Firmware 3.41.

For those already with the video game, here it is as follows: DO NOT SIGN ONTO PSN WITH THE BLES VERSION OF THIS GAME. IT ISN'T OUT UNTIL FRIDAY!

BLUS VERSION IS OUT NOW SO THAT'S FINE.

I have tested it on external with Hermes v4 with PSN, with disc inside. My Gaia manager didn't have the patch to 3.41 option, but I edited the game's .sfo anyway.

1. Install patch : EP0001-BLES00909_00-AC2TITLEUPDATE01-A0101-V0100-PE.pkg
2. Make empty folder ASSASSIN_ISO in USER DIR at BLES00909
3. Start Open Manager 2.1 +L2 patch to 3.41 ([C*] says: Or just edit the game's .sfo to 3.41)
4. Put some BD game
5. Start from BD icon
6. Wait for some mandatory install
7. Play the game and njoy

Tested 250GB Pal PL3+PSN iLLNESS. To be clear the folder has to be made in the folder of the game dump, not the update folder.

Its easy to fix your ps3 from this issue. Enter the recovery menu and rebuild database and if that dosen't help then restore system will but you will lose any data on your ps3. The stuck icons on the xmb while trying this game discless freaks you out, but your ps3 is fine perhaps not your data though

Ok i just got my BLES00910 version working. mine in installed internal. I have hermes 4v psn and 355 spoof. I'm using open manager 2.1, you must enable l2 patch to 3.41. Make sure you have a game disc in the drive. You must create a folder ASSASSIN_ISO in the usdir. Then download this pkg and rum from mem stick or usb hdd EP0001-BLES00910_00-AC2TITLEUPDATE04-A0202-V0100-PE.pkg and run the game.

My console's BD does not work anymore too, I am also trying to run assassins creed 3 on 3.41 JB but just cannot get it to work. I have tried the BLES00909 and the BLES00910 EU versions but they both just give a black screen.

The closest I got was loading the game with no sound and when I quit to XMB my PS3 just crashed. I've also tried modifying the Eboot.bin and creatin a .Pkg but no luck. Can anyone tell me how to get this working on 3.41 without a disc?

I was wondering if there was a way to run the game without a BD as the console im working with can no longer read BDs. I tried doing it with direct boot and discless on latest Gaia but i'm just left at a black screen after asking about the eboot.bin and the param SFO. I saw a small tut on doing it but honestly I could not understand it at all. (ver. BLUS30537)
