damn you ESRB. damn you to hell!
Sad this game won't be released in North America.
You can always import though :p

I hate the ESRB with a passion, how do game like GTA get approved, but games like this don't? Can't they just put a Mature rating on it??
Or an Adults Only rating on it. While an AO rating means it won't be available at most retailers, and effectively kills the game, I didn't know the ESRB could actually block a game.
how come Soul Calibur IV got approved?
If the game is good (fighting engine, etc.), then this decision sucks.
If "they" are just trying to pump up the import market by creating a controversy and banning a crap game, then... WHO CARES!???!! LOL
Oh well, if that's the case then suckers will be suckers.

Sounds to me like the ESRB are getting paid off for titles because there are much more graphic and visually disturbing games that hit shelves even without an adult rating.
I believe all games should be allowed shelf life with given the proper rating and if it has an adult rating it can be held behind the counter if needed and sold upon request.
Its all about money now adays and people make lots of money, it's worse than the Mob. At least mobsters don't put on a smiley face when they steal all of your money, there more honest and have better morals thats the sad thing.
