The 360 has no 1080p support
|
Not to mention most 1080p PS3 games have to remove MSAA or FSAA at 1080p while 360 games dont.

Umm dude, i cant even finish reading your post after that comment. The 360 does have 1080p native games. Actually if I recall it has more 1080p native games than the PS3 (not upscaled like some of the PS3's "1080p" games like GT5P).

Actually most games are upscaled from 720p to 1080p which can cause image tear on some games on the xbox360 and i don't think there is a 1080p natively game for the xbox 360 that i know of, but i think there are more out now but not many at all.. :)

You are aware GT5 P is native 1080P not upscaled, heres a full list of all PS3 games which are native 1080P: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_full_HD_1080P_PS3_games

also i don't agree with Killzone 2 having the best graphics ever it looks good but that's it its nothing special the only thing i can say is good and haven't seen this good before on a console is the HDR lighting that's it and the controls are god awful this is all from the demo though but i doubt it will be any better in the final game.
also i am a gameplay online and SP i don't care about the graphics as long as its playable Halo3 dint like that its to arcade just doesn't feel right also Killzone 2 you have to fight with the controls to look about even with the sensitivity max the best game i have played on PS3 is uncharted i like this game it looks good and plays good.
just my little rant lol.
Xbox360's hardware does not support 1080p. sure it can upscale it to that, but it's not true HD. When looking at the PS3 hardware, it does support 1080p. This was defined from the start already. As for games, I don't think we'll see games running at 1080p (true HD) soon (except Wipeout HD if i'm not mistaken). They also tried it with killzone 2 but they could not get it stable in the small amount of time left (or stable at all).
Not one mention of the Flagship game... MGS4. Perhaps one should play it again from start to finish. Then you'll see what epic graphic's an bar setting is all about, lol :D
The Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences awards are this week. An MGS4 is all over these categories.

oh, whoever wrote that should use spell check an grammar check. No being mean, just saying, lol. :)

Bud not all though games are 1080p native MGS4 is 720p only as it says on the back of my case but it upscales to 1080p.

I will agree that saying Killzone 2 has the best graphics ever is complete bullshit since there are many PC games which look much better, but I believe this article is only referring to consoles. The HDR used in this game has never been seen before on any console game, but it does over saturate with bloom effects. Controls can be changed and manually set and the final game will always be better than a public release demo.
If you look up some reviews of Killzone 2 you will find that the online play is absolutely magnificent. Once again controls can be changed, and Uncharted was a good first release for the PS3 when uncharted was released Developers where just getting their heads around the PS3 architecture and thats how they managed to release a stunning game, since then most dev's have learned alot more about the console and you can see this in Killzone 2 which has the best graphics on PS3 to date.
