i am personally obsessive over the smallest possibility of scratched discs, as it always leads to games being completely or partly unplayable. so, what's the urge for anyone to buy possibly scratched discs anyway? i might as well just collect game boxes and throw away the discs on my way home.
the point is, if they're selling played games as new, and i happen to get an unplayable disc error when i get back home and put it in my console, they will NOT replace it, as it has been sold under the label NEW, and hence cannot have been scratched according to their own definition of NEW, as both used/tested games are mixed in the lot of new discs.
i will be held responsible for the scratched disc/s and no refund or replacement will be made. This is certainly something very serious for us gamers who mostly do not enjoy a carefree life, with constant expenses as new games/consoles/accessories coming out all the time.

thats crazy. everytime i buy a game from there i always look at it. but if something is wrong with it and it doesnt play your screwed bc you bought it new. so for us the consumer that sucks. i dont know how they can do that bc its just strait up wrong. it says new, it better be new.
